I am a User Experience Strategist with over 12 years of experience in web design. I have studied Calligraphy and Psychology and also I am a certified UX Manager & Researcher from Nielsen Norman Group.
In my current job as a User Experience Specialist, my work involves UX management, UX research, and mentoring the UX team.
Within 7 years at RIPE NCC I have worked on various projects in collaboration with the Customer support and Registration department where I have designed an internal member management tool for their core operations such as IP address distribution, IP address transfers, EU Sanctions, and User Management.
Previously I have worked in Dubai with DUPLAYS as a Design Lead on Playpass.com - an online platform for sports organizers - where I made challenging decisions on design and front-end development.
I am also an avid evangelist for Startup Weekend and facilitating events since 2014. I was honored to be a jury member for Awwwards.com in 2012 and enjoy mentoring young UX/UI designers at Hello Mentor Netherlands and Ladies that UX.
